The Office Manager will supervise and coordinate office employees engaged in the operations and service activities necessary to achieve maximum Service Center performance and profit objectives in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Hire, discipline, and oversee the training of employees
- Manage clerical personnel
- Manages the schedules, workload, payroll and performance of direct reports
- Manage and approve or deny time off requests
- Audit assigned daily, weekly, & monthly reports
- Assist with hiring process in HR Logix Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)
- Assist with Customer Service and phone calls
- Coordinate uniform ordering and returns
- Coordinate Safety Award orderings and returns
- Manage, direct, and develop IQ work-group
- Set up for events in the office and Service Center
