Responsibilities

Fleet Tire Administrators are responsible for the day to day processing of tire purchases and invoices as well as other Maintenance items needed to increase efficiency.

  • Place daily tire orders for Maintenance shops and Service Centers as needed.
  • Process tire invoices for approval.
  • Track daily tire orders and purchases with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist maintenance personnel in performing other clerical needs if necessary.
  • Continuously work to improve all processes.

Qualifications

  • Exceptional data entry skills
  • Experience in maintenance (preferred)
  • Can work in a fast paced environment
  • 18 years of age
  • Basic math skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Legally eligible to work in the United States
