As a Human Resources Administrator you will provide administrative support related to various Human Resources and Benefits functions withing the Employee Relations department.
Responsibilities
Update HRIS system (UKG) to reflect the current status of all employees (i.e., pay changes, promotions, reviews, transfers, and terminations)
Ensure proper and timely completion of all I-9s
Complete weekly, monthly and quarterly audits that pertain to the HR and Benefits departments
Perform weekly pay scale progression updates
Administer background checks for new hires
Verify completed application processes for new hires
Calculate and communicate any vacation over/underpayments to Payroll on a weekly basis for all full-time terminations
Produce and distribute various reports on a regular basis and per request
Assist applicants and new hires with completing of applications in iCIMS system
Assist with completing employment verifications while ensuring data security and consistency
Communicate with IQ Leaders related to different aspects of Human Resources
Maintain updated documentation of the Human Resources Administrator processes and procedures
Assist the Systems Manager with various projects, auditing, and reports
Assist with responding to HR calls and emails
Continuously look for opportunities to improve processes
