Marketing Coordinators are responsible for planning, writing and implementing a wide variety of marketing communications while assisting on various campaigns and activities for both internal and external audiences.
- Understand and promote brand image and identity
- Understand target audience – internal and external
- Write, edit and produce content for various employee communication medias (company news, quarterly newsletter, digital communication boards, employee app)
- Create, deploy and manage content on digital communication boards
- Assist in various marketing campaigns, logistics and department initiatives
- Plan and create content (copy and visuals) for social media
- Manage suppliers with regard to quality, deadlines and budget
- Assist internal departments like sales, safety, employee relations and operations
- Continuously improve processes and knowledge
