The Customer Integration Supervisor is responsible for leading all Customer Integration staff while managing customer data integrations and ensuring seamless API and EDI communications.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Integration team to ensure high performance and collaboration
  • Manage schedules, training, workload, payroll and performance of all direct reports
  • Use independent judgement to analyze, design and develop customer EDI integrations, including communication setup, map editing and business rule processes
  • Ensure employees receive proper training incorporating new training as needed to support technical and professional growth
  • Exercise discretion to create and maintain documentation of customer/trading partner contacts, custom requirements and integration details
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for customer integration issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies
  • Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with overall company objectives
  • Coordinate testing of customer integrations and change requests
  • Monitor and correct problems related to EDI processes and configurations
  • Provide integration support for the Dayton Freight API, validating proper setup and use when applicable
  • Attend team meetings as an active participant, providing input on current issues/tasks and feedback on completed items
  • Create and maintain the setup of customer “send image” processes
  • Maintain and upgrade software and systems when appropriate

Qualifications

  • Leadership experience required (leadership of software development team preferred)
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • B.S. in CS/MIS/Related 
  • Positive team oriented attitude
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for learning and continuous improvement
