The Customer Integration Supervisor is responsible for leading all Customer Integration staff while managing customer data integrations and ensuring seamless API and EDI communications.
Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and develop the Customer Integration team to ensure high performance and collaboration
Manage schedules, training, workload, payroll and performance of all direct reports
Use independent judgement to analyze, design and develop customer EDI integrations, including communication setup, map editing and business rule processes
Ensure employees receive proper training incorporating new training as needed to support technical and professional growth
Exercise discretion to create and maintain documentation of customer/trading partner contacts, custom requirements and integration details
Serve as the primary escalation point for customer integration issues, providing guidance and resolution strategies
Collaborate with leadership to align team goals with overall company objectives
Coordinate testing of customer integrations and change requests
Monitor and correct problems related to EDI processes and configurations
Provide integration support for the Dayton Freight API, validating proper setup and use when applicable
Attend team meetings as an active participant, providing input on current issues/tasks and feedback on completed items
Create and maintain the setup of customer “send image” processes
Maintain and upgrade software and systems when appropriate
Qualifications
Leadership experience required (leadership of software development team preferred)
5-7 years of relevant experience
B.S. in CS/MIS/Related
